Sending an inquiry or contacting me does not create an engagement. An engagement exists only when your firm and I have both signed a project order. Until then, please do not send confidential information about a matter.

Services

Services are provided to licensed attorneys and law firms under a signed agreement and project order. Their terms control over anything on this site. The working terms summarize the usual scope and limits.

This site is provided as is. I make no promise that it is complete, current, or free of errors, and I am not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the law of Florida.
